Since 1995 we have been offering tourist and business visitors to Ljubljana more than just a comfortable stay in apartments. With a wide selection of additional services, transport and various guided tours and excursions, which we began to add to the offer in 2003, we want to ensure guests a pleasant and unforgettable experience of the capital of Ljubljana and Slovenia.

For property owners who join our permanent offer, we provide professional property management service in the market of short- and medium-term leases and for accommodation providers we offer various forms of support and cooperation in the field of implementing accommodation services.

With the purpose to actively participate in the tourist market we join with local tourist providers and destinations in Slovenia. Since 2002 we have been developing IT and organizational solutions with partners for the joint presentation and dispersed marketing of the offer and support for the management of tourist products, such as the reservation system for accommodations and experiences –   Experience Slovenia; and online reception and channel manager – eTrips. We help tourist providers to set up the management of individual accommodation according to the business model of a dispersed hotel. 

Milestones:

  • 1995: We offer the first private and fully equipped apartment in Ljubljana for tourist stays. Today, as per the business model of a dispersed hotel, we manage 40 units. 
  • 1996: We conclude an agreement with the City of Ljubljana on cooperation in organizing private accommodation facilities for tourist purposes in Ljubljana and its immediate surroundings. 
  • 1998: We conclude an agreement with the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and the City of Ljubljana on cooperation with implementing the program of national importance “Organized accommodation providing in Slovenia”. 
  • 2001: We co-establish the Hospitality Institute of Slovenian Homes, which replaced the section of accommodation providers at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. Its mission is to establish conditions for the development and profitable operation of small tourist accommodation providers, through new forms of marketing, business, mutual cooperation and networking. 
  • 2003: We acquire a license to perform sales services and a license to perform activities of organizing package travels and start selling experiences. 
  • 2006: We launch the first version of eTrips – the program for managing reservations and registering guests from a local computer, as well as a reservation web portal on request. 
  • 2016: With business partners we upgrade the eTrips program to eTrips application in the cloud – online reception, channel manager and the eTrips booking portal with on-line booking functionality. 
  • 2018: We acquire the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate for the digital marketing management system and the organization of experiences, tourist guided tours, excursions, accommodation and transport.

2018: We establish an advanced online platform Experience Slovenia, which offers the providers: 

– Web portal for online booking of accommodations and experiences.
Turnkey reservation system as per the White-label method.
Advanced tool for managing sales of experiences.
