We are aware of the importance of protecting your personal information and we respect your privacy that is why we are committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal information you give us. We value your trust and we guarantee security and confidentiality when using and processing your personal information.
We collect, use and process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1, Ur. l. RS, No. 94/2007) and the General Data Protection Act (GDPR).

When processing and handling your personal information, we will comply with applicable national data protection laws and the General Data Protection Act (GDPR). To protect personal information we use organizational, technical, and other appropriate procedures and measures to prevent unauthorized access or destruction of information, their alteration or loss, and unauthorized processing.
When processing your personal information obtained through consent, contract or legitimate interest, our contractual suppliers (e.g. web hosting service, contract partners in campaigns, postal service providers, IT service providers…), who act in accordance with our instructions and who are not permitted to share your personal information for any other purpose or personal use. 3. Ensuring the rights of an individual when processing personal data

4. Exclusion of liability
Tour As d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and is not liable for any damages that may arise because of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information entered upon inquiry, booking or later.

5. Detailed provisions on the scope, purpose and storage of personal data

   5.1 Users
When users browse through the web pages, you are anonymous, we do not collect personal information. We collect your personal information from the moment you submit a reservation request or send an inquiry through the inquiry form.

   5.1.1 The scope of personal information we collect

a. First name and surname, E-mail address, telephone number, title (Mrs., Ms., Mr., Dr.);
b. Invoice details (name and surname or company name, address with street name and house number, postcode, town or city and country);
c. Information about the selection of experience, including dates of experience taking place, number of guests in a group, additional orders and specific requirements about attending the selected experience;
d. Information about the guest’s stay, including the date of arrival and departure, number of guests in a group, with specific requirements and preferences regarding services (including room or service preferences and other services used).

   5.1.2 The purpose of collecting

a. Online Booking: We use your personal information to complete and administer your online reserved experience, accommodation or package.
Inquiry response: We use your personal information to respond to your inquiry about an experience, accommodation, package, business solution or service.
b. Customer service: We use your personal information to provide customer support.
c. Guest reviews: We use your contact information to invite you via e-mail to write a guest review of your stay in selected accommodation or of your selected experience. This can help other travelers choose an experience or a place to stay that suits them best. Your review we may publish on our website.
d. Marketing activities: your personal information we also use for marketing activities permitted by law. When we use your personal information for the purposes of direct marketing, to send you news about similar travel-related products, services or other offers that we believe may be of interest to you, we include the unsubscribe link which you can use, if you don’t want to receive those kinds of messages anymore in the future.
e. Other communications: There may be other times when we get in touch by email, by post, by phone or by texting you, depending on the contact information you share with us. There could be a number of reasons for this:
– We may need to respond to and handle requests you have made.
– If you haven’t finalized a reservation online, we may email you a reminder to continue with your reservation. We believe that this additional service is useful to you because it allows you to carry on with a reservation without having to search for the accommodation again or fill in all the reservation details from scratch.
– When you use our services, we may send you a questionnaire or invite you to provide a review about your experience with our website. We believe that this additional service is useful to you and to us because it allows us to improve our website based on your opinion.
f. Analytics, improvements and research: We use personal information for marketing research and analysis. We can hire a third party for these procedures. The research results we may share or disclose, also to third parties, anonymously and in merged form. We use your personal information for analytical purposes in order to improve our services and user experience, as well as the functionality and quality of our online travel services.
g. Legal purposes and compliance with laws: in some cases, we use provided information that may include personal data, to deal with and resolve legal disputes or complaints, for regulatory inquiries and compliance with laws or for the implementation of agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements by law enforcement agencies, as required by law.

   5.1.3 Legal basis

The processing of personal data in accordance with sub-points a. and c. referred to in point 5.1.2 is based on the legal basis of the fulfillment of the contractual obligations.
When using our services of providing online bookings or inquiries, we will use your information to fulfill our duty, which includes performing and executing a reservation in accordance with our contract with you or sending you the answer or an offer to your inquiry.

The legal basis for the other sub-points referred to in point 5.1.2 is our legitimate interest, such as ensuring the best content of the website, e-mails and newsletters, the improvement and promotion of new products, services and content on our website, as well as for administrative and legal purposes.

If users do not want us to use their contact information for collecting reviews, marketing activities, they can notify us by e-mail or postal address.

The individual user is managed by its own identification number, which is intended for his identification in connection with the fulfillment of the contract.

   5.1.4 The retention period
We will keep your personal information for at least 5 years after the termination of our contractual obligations.

6. International data transfers
The transfer of personal data described in this Privacy Policy may include cross-border transfers of personal data within the European Union countries. We only provide personal information to recipients that provide an adequate level of data protection and your personal data is still protected in accordance with European standards.

We will store your information, including your personal information, as long as necessary to provide you with a service, to stay in line with applicable legislation, to resolve disputes with any participants and to carry out our business. All personal information that we store is subject to this Privacy Policy. 8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
In the event that we make a significant change in the terms that would affect or affect the processing of personal data, we will notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the e-mail address you provided to us. If the user or partner after the amendment of the Privacy Policy continues to use the, it is deemed to agree with the changes.
